Virtual reality uses customized virtual environments that have been carefully designed to support exposure therapy of anxiety disorders.

Turnaround Ranch, a 36-bed residential treatment facility for adolescents ages 13 – 18, provides 24-hour care for youths experiencing emotional and behavioral problems. Located on 20 acres west of Joplin, Missouri, the main campus includes six cottages, a school, a gymnasium and outdoor recreational areas.

Ozark Center Behavioral Health Assessment Team provides around-the-clock help to patients in the Freeman West Emergency Room. For patients who arrive with indication of mental health or substance abuse issues, the team helps assess and coordinate care, providing consultation, intervention, and disposition 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as well as psychiatric and substance abuse follow-up and referral.
