Joplin, MO – Pro-level and hunter-class shooters alike are invited to take part in the 9th Annual Clays for a Cause event on Saturday, October 29, at Shawnee Skies Shooting Complex and Training Center in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Net proceeds from the event support scholarships and program development Bill & Virginia Leffen Center for Autism, which provides diagnostic, treatment and education services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Registration is open until 9:00 am on event day, and the $100 entry fee includes lunch, t-shirt and 100 clays. The event starts with a safety meeting at 9:15 am, and then shooting begins at 9:30 am. Participants are encouraged to bring their own ammunition as there will be a limited supply at the shooting complex.

Shawnee Skies Shooting Complex is accredited by the National Sporting Clay Association (NSCA). The complex has all gravel roads for easy access to their solar-powered stations. Guests may walk paths or bring a golf cart or side-by-side if they wish to use one.
