Getting started is easy. As part of the sign-up process, you may be asked to verify your identity. Depending on the verification method you choose, this may include providing a photo ID.

Accessing Your Child's MyFreemanHealth Account
Parents and legal guardians may be able to access a child's health information through proxy access in MyFreemanHealth. Access varies based on the patient's age, applicable regulations and organizational policy.
Children Ages 11 and Under
Parents or legal guardians may request proxy access to manage their child's MyFreemanHealth account.
Adolescents Ages 12–17
Patients can create their own MyFreemanHealth account beginning at age 12. Adolescents may choose to grant proxy access to a parent or legal guardian.
The level of parental access may vary based on the patient's choice, applicable regulations and organizational policy.
Patients Age 18 and Older
Once a patient turns 18, parental access to the medical record generally ends automatically. Adult patients may choose to grant proxy access to a parent, guardian or another individual.
Important Billing Information
Your payment method depends on when you received care. Please review your billing statement carefully and use the payment option indicated on your bill.
Services Received Before October 24, 2026
If you received care before October 24, 2026, continue using Freeman's previous payment portal to view and pay your bill.
