Freeman provides free participation physical exams to area athletes

Freeman Rehabilitation and Sports Center will offer free annual preparticipation physical exams to an estimated 1,000 local high school and college athletes.

JOPLIN, Mo.—Freeman Rehabilitation and Sports Center will offer free annual preparticipation physical exams to an estimated 1,000 local high school and college athletes. The free physicals are available Monday, July 23 and Tuesday, July 24 at the newly constructed Freeman Rehabilitation and Sports Center, located at 2206 East 32nd Street.

For 21 years, Freeman has proudly provided this service to the community. More than 75 Freeman doctors, nurses, therapists, and clinicians volunteer their time and talent each night to assist with these annual physicals.

Parental consent is required for participation. Consent forms, available at Freeman Rehabilitation and Sports Center, may be signed at the time of the physical.
