Freeman announces new contracted care director

Freeman Health System is proud to announce the promotion of Jonathan Wallner to contracted care director.

JOPLIN, Mo.—Freeman Health System is proud to announce the promotion of Jonathan Wallner to contracted care director. Wallner has been a member of the Freeman team for 16 years, having worked as a senior financial analyst, a financial analyst, and a clinical data analyst. In his new position, Wallner now serves as a liaison between the health system and insurance companies, as well as other payers of healthcare services. 

Wallner earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems and a master’s degree in business administration from Pittsburg State University. 

“Jonathan has a proven track record of leadership within Freeman Health System. His professionalism and dedication are evidenced by his service to our country as a captain in the Navy Reserves,” said Wes Braman, Freeman Vice President of Business Development. “His knowledge, leadership, and experience will only continue to result in great things for Freeman.”
