Freeman Announces Administrative Director of Regulatory Compliance

Jeanee’ Kennedy in New Leadership Role

Freeman Health System announces the recent appointment of Jeanee’ Kennedy to the position of Freeman Administrative Director of Regulatory Compliance. In this role, she provides guidance regarding compliance programs, policies and procedures to ensure adherence to federal and state regulatory standards.

Prior to serving as Freeman Administrative Director of Regulatory Compliance, Kennedy was Chief Nursing Officer at Premier Surgical Institute in Galena, Kan., and Freeman Director of Maternal-Neonatal Services at Freeman Hospital West.

“I’m excited about this next chapter of my life,” said Kennedy. “Freeman and its employees are such a large part of the community, and I missed that. Coming back to Freeman was like coming home.”

Kennedy earned her Associate of Science degree in nursing at Crowder College in Neosho, Mo. She then earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from American Sentinel University in Aurora, Colo.
