Freeman Welcomes Board-certified Medical Oncologist

Freeman Health System announces the addition of Dr. Pamela Landon.

Freeman Health System announces the addition of Dr. Pamela Landon. Dr. Landon specializes in medical oncology at Freeman Cornell-Beshore Cancer Institute.

“I have the privilege of developing a close relationship with my patients and their families,” said Dr. Landon. “It takes so much courage to battle cancer, and I want to be a part of that journey.”

After earning her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, La., Dr. Landon completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine in Albuquerque, N.M., and fellowship in medical oncology at University of New Mexico Cancer Research and Treatment Center in Albuquerque, N.M.

Dr. Landon is board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hospice and palliative care by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
