Welcome to MyFreemanHealth
Freeman Health System is introducing MyFreemanHealth, our new patient portal powered by MyChart, Epic's patient portal platform.
With MyFreemanHealth, you can securely communicate with your care team, access health information, schedule appointments, pay bills, and more, all in one convenient location.
Important: MyFreemanHealth will be available beginning October 12. From October 12 through October 24, the portal will offer limited functionality, including access to historical health records and account registration. Additional features, including appointment scheduling, messaging, and expanded account management tools, will become available beginning October 24.

Important Billing Information
As Freeman Health System transitions to Epic and MyChart, patients may temporarily receive
billing statements from more than one system.
Services received before Epic implementation may continue to be billed through Freeman's previous systems,
while newer services may appear in MyFreemanHealth (MyChart).
Please review each statement carefully and use the payment option indicated on your bill.

Services Received Before October 24, 2026
If you received care before October 24, 2026, please continue using Freeman's current billing system and payment portal to view and pay your bill.
Services Received On or After October 24, 2026
If you received care on or after October 24, 2026, your billing information may be available through MyFreemanHealth. You can view account information and make payments by signing in to MyFreemanHealth or using the appropriate MyFreemanHealth payment options.
