Train 2 Run Spring 2013 Registration

Train 2 Run (T2R), a Freeman Rehabilitation & Sports Center program, is a functional strength-training program that aims to teach experienced runners smarter and more efficient ways to train for running. The Train 2 Run program will teach you how to stay healthy and injury-free, so you can run longer and with greater success. Learn more.

You may sign up for either one-day classes or two-day classes. Classes begin the week of January 14, 2013 and end the week of March 18, 2013. All T2R classes will meet for 10 consecutive weeks, and take place at the Freeman Rehabilitation and Sports Center. Registration for Tuesday and Saturday classes is open.

Class options include:

  • Tuesdays at 6:30 pm— high intensity interval strength training
  • Saturdays at 9 am—core strength and interval running

Class fees:

  • One class: $75
    Choose from Tuesday or Saturday class

  • Two classes: $125
    Tuesday and Saturday
