Prior to the opening of Ozark Center for Autism in the fall of 2007, families seeking treatment for children with autism had two choices—relocate to receive treatment or go without it. Today, thanks to
benefactors, Ozark Center for Autism offers hope to families dealing with autism.
Developed in consultation with the Cleveland Clinic Autism Consulting Group, Ozark Center for Autism impacts lives daily through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis, the only evidence-based practice proven to be effective in the treatment of autism.
Ozark Center for Autism has a one-to-one, teacher-to-student ratio. Students attend school six hours a day, five days a week to minimize loss of skill.
The cost of expanding the school and its services is great, but the cost of not doing so is even greater. When you give a gift to Ozark Center for Autism, you give a child the chance of a lifetime.
Your gift can help us:
- Increase enrollment
- Expand services to older children
- Implement outreach services in public schools
- Provide in-home consultations and parent education
- Add a kindergarten classroom
- Develop adult services
