Freeman Neosho welcomes new directors
JOPLIN, Mo.—Tony Mitchell, RN, has joined the emergency department team of Freeman Neosho Hospital as Director of Emergency Services. Mitchell completed his nursing education at Johnson School of Nursing, Elyria, Ohio, and received an MBA from University of Advanced Research, New York, New York. Prior to joining Freeman Neosho, he served as Trauma Manager at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Joplin. In his new role at Freeman Neosho, Mitchell will oversee emergency services and rescue nursing, as well as serve as trauma coordinator.
Freeman Neosho also welcomes Ryan Collier, PT, Certified MDT, as Director of Rehabilitation Services. Collier completed his undergraduate education at Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri, and received a master’s degree from University of Central Arkansas, Conway, Arkansas. Prior to joining Freeman Neosho, he worked in rehabilitation at McCune-Brooks Hospital in Carthage. In this new role, Collier will oversee inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
