Freeman welcomes new pediatrician

Wednesday, February 25, 2009 - Freeman welcomes new pediatrician

JOPLIN, Mo.—Richard C. Reno, MD, has joined the medical staff of Freeman Health System. Dr. Reno completed his medical education at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Maryland, with a residency at Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and specializes in pediatric medicine.

According to Dr. Reno, "I served as an Air Force physician for 14 years, followed by seven years in solo private practice. Freeman distinguishes itself from other healthcare organizations by blending a sense of workplace family, so familiar to me from my military experience, with the freedom to make medical decisions as I did in private practice. I cannot imagine a more perfect medical practice environment."

Dr. Reno is pleased to accept new patients. His office is located in the Freeman Children's Clinic, 1030 McIntosh Circle Drive, Joplin, Missouri. Please call 417.782.9393 for an appointment or additional information.
