Freeman taking care of Joplin
JOPLIN, Mo.—All Freeman Health System service lines are accepting patients. Four States residents do not need to leave Joplin to seek mammograms, heart care, dialysis services, maternity services, wound care, diabetes support, rehabilitation services, cancer care, orthopaedic care, outpatient surgery, infusion services, X-ray, computed tomography (CT) scans, or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans.
In addition, those with minor ailments are encouraged to visit one of two Freeman Urgent Care locations. Freeman Urgent Care is a fast, convenient, and cost-effective alternative to an emergency room visit. Freeman Urgent Care is available to treat minor medical illnesses and injuries, including suture removal, small cuts and abrasions, insect bites, cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, and other slight ailments. Freeman Urgent Care, open 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am - 6 pm Saturday - Sunday, is located in Joplin at 1130 East 32nd Street and in Webb City at 1010 South Madison.
