Hospitalist

Hospitalist(s) wanted for Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO. Duties include: providing direct patient care in the hospital setting; evaluate and admit patients who present to the ER and do not identify or request a specific treating physician; serve as a consultant for inpatients; provide consultative support for patients in the ICU when requested by the patient’s treating physician; documenting clinical information; educating patients and families; and adhering to practice standards and MD code of ethics.  The Hospitalist is a general internist or a family practice physician who practices solely in the hospital setting.  MD required.   Must have 36 months of training and medical licensure or licensure eligible in the State of Missouri. Internal Medicine

Internal Medicine/Pediatric Physician wanted for Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO.
