Freeman Screen Team reaches out to area residents to provide prevention and detection for healthier communities. By bringing low-cost health screenings to various locations in the region, Freeman Screen Team helps people who otherwise might not seek medical services.

Life Line Screening
Freeman partners with the leading provider of mobile preventive screenings to promote a healthier community. Life Line Screenings can determine a person’s risk of stroke, osteoporosis, or cardiovascular disease. Screenings take place in community centers, places of worship, senior centers, and business locations. Board-certified physicians review results and make recommendations for follow-up care when needed.
Screening costs vary by location; Life Line Screening accepts most major credit cards and personal checks.
