Using a team approach, Freeman Center for Geriatric Medicine provides comprehensive medical assessment for senior health. Our team includes the area’s only board-certified geriatricians, specialists with the skills and knowledge to recognize the unique health characteristics of Medicare-age patients. We pull together the services of a variety of specialists to help you with issues such as mobility, movement, memory disorders, medication, and wellness.
After your examination, we give you one report summarizing all the specialists' findings. We can share this report with your primary care physician, or we can serve as your medical home if you don't have a primary care physician. No referral necessary.
