Debi Koelkebeck
Vice President Retail Services/Clinical Operations
Debi Koelkebeck joined Freeman Health System in June of 1998. Prior to joining Freeman, she was Senior Vice President of Boatmen’s Bank of Southwest Missouri. After joining Freeman, she was promoted from OccuMed Marketing Representative to OccuMed Director in November of 1998, to Director of Retail Services in November of 2001, and then to Vice President of Retail Services/Clinical Operations in October of 2008.
Ms. Koelkebeck serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Southwest Missouri as treasurer and also serves as chair of the United Way Endowment Committee. She was selected as one of Joplin's 10 Most Influential Women of 2009.
Ms. Koelkebeck received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Missouri Southern State University and is a certified public accountant.
