Your local Children's Miracle Network Hospital provides assistance to children from birth to 21 years of age in a 14-county area in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. All money raised stays local, helping children and their families. We help furnish and maintain the Freeman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, provide funding for local community organization pediatric needs, and provide pediatric emergency equipment for area agencies.
In 2011, your local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital funded the $1.3 million Neonatal Intensive Care Unit expansion. This expansion allows Freeman to care for more premature and critically ill infants and continue our mission to offer state-of-the-art technology to these fragile patients.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals normally raises money for pediatric care only, for which there is always a need. But the tornado that ravaged Joplin on May 22, 2011, presented an exceptional circumstance. Freeman has experienced an increased need for services. As our community works toward healing, your donation will help sick or injured children affected by the tornado by providing the medicine and equipment they desperately need.
