JOPLIN, Mo.—Freeman Health System Marketing Department captured the attention of judges for the Joplin Area Advertising Federation’s ADDY® competition. During a ceremony on February 18, Freeman Marketing was honored with 13 prizes, including two judges’ awards, three gold and eight silvers.

“These awards acknowledge the creativity and talent present among this accomplished team of marketing professionals,” said Paula Baker, Freeman President and Chief Executive Officer. “Their dedication to promoting the quality healthcare solutions offered at Freeman is evident every day.”

Winners from Freeman Marketing include the following:

  • Brooke Haneborg, Freeman Marketing Director: Gold and special judges’ award in the public service audio/visual category for the Beacon of Hope video
  • Linda Conrow, Freeman Senior Marketing Specialist: Gold award in the advertising for the arts and sciences public service, mixed-media campaign for the Farmers Market poster; silver award in the special event announcement category for the Ronald McDonald House Media Night coaster; silver award in the elements of advertising logo category for the Will’s Place logo; silver award in the full-page color consumer or trade publication for the Freeman Orthopaedics physician advertisement
  • Amy Ruminski, Freeman Marketing Account Executive: Silver award in the direct marketing “direct, B-to-B, or consumer” category for the Employee Partners piece; silver in the video sales presentation category for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals video
  • Haley Reardon, Freeman Marketing Account Executive: Silver award in the color brochure category for the Partners in Healing piece; silver award in the newsletter category for the Miracle Minutes Newsletter
  • Sandi Longman, Freeman Graphic Designer: Gold and special judge’s award in the collateral material poster category for the “Taking Care of Joplin” poster; silver award in the color brochure category for the Partners in Healing piece; silver award in the direct marketing “direct, B-to-B, or consumer” category for the Employee Partners piece; silver award in the elements of advertising logo category for the Will’s Place logo; silver award in the newsletter category for the Miracle Minutes Newsletter; silver award in the full-page color consumer or trade publication for the Freeman Orthopaedics physician advertisement; silver award in the special event announcement category for the Ronald McDonald House Media Night coaster; silver award in the nontraditional category for the “Taking Care of Joplin” poster
